Ralph was able to remove very stubborn stains on my car seats that another car cleaning company was unable to remove. My car looks like new again! Although I wasn't in the realm of the zip codes that company works with, he was willing to go out of the area to provide me service. I am very impressed with how my car looks and am extremely satisfied.
Ralph did such an amazing job cleaning the stains on my seats. He was prompt and knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what process he was going to use to clean my car. My car hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the dealership lot! Can't recommend Mr. Sparkling enough.
Since my daughter's jeep had gotten really gross over the summer, I wanted to surprise her and get it detailed before she left for college... Ralph fit us into his schedule and arrived right on time. My daughter's 'gross' Jeep looked and smelled new by the time he finished. I was so impressed with his attention to detail that I had him detail my BMW.
