No. Mr. Sparkling is mobile only, there is no brick and mortar location to visit and no waiting room to sit in. Ralph comes to your home or your office and works on the car where it is parked, so you carry on with your day while it happens.

If you are outside the usual radius it is still worth asking, one customer had a car detailed well outside the normal zip codes after another company turned the job down.
Appointments run every day of the week between 7am and 7pm, with 24-hour coverage for emergencies in some areas. Same-day and next-day service is usually available, though it cannot be guaranteed at every time of year. Once you send a request you get the appointment options back by text, email or phone.
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or a credit or debit card. Payment is due when the work is finished, or you can prepay online or over the phone. Tips are appreciated but never expected, the packages are priced to pay the person doing the work properly in the first place.
Every price is a starting price for a small car. The final figure depends on the size and the condition of the vehicle, and you are told what it will be before any work starts. Heavy pet hair, mold or mildew, biological waste or an unusually dirty vehicle can add 20 to 50 percent to the package cost, and the technician will always discuss that with you first rather than surprising you at the end.
Look the car over thoroughly before the detailer leaves, that is the surest way to get anything put right on the spot. If something comes to light afterwards, get in touch and it will be put right. Every job ends with you rating the detailer from 0 to 5, and those ratings and comments go straight back to the person who did the work.
Yes. Alongside family cars there is regular commercial work, one Houston business has two of its trucks washed every week on a standing schedule.
Access to the vehicle and somewhere to park it, which for most customers is simply their own driveway. Headlight restoration and engine compartment wipe-downs are add-on services and need to be booked alongside a detailing package or a regular wash when the address is more than ten miles out.

- Additional charges
- Additional charges can apply for excessive pet hair, mold/mildew, human or animal bio wastes, and excessive soilage. Surcharges are any where from 20-50% of the cost of the service package. The technician advises you before starting.
- Payment
- You can pay by cash or credit/debit card at completion of service or prepay online or over the phone. Venmo, Zelle and Cash App are accepted too. Tips are always appreciated for great customer service, but not necessary.
- Satisfaction
- The best way to assure satisfaction is to thoroughly review your vehicle BEFORE the detailer leaves. If something comes to light afterwards we will offer to remedy it. All of our customers are asked to review detailer performance on a 0-5 scale, 5 being the best. Those ratings and comments are shared with the service provider.
